We have a broad aperture for industries and business models, but our preferences are below in no particular order:

Software, Home/professional Services, Equipment Rentals, Supply and Distribution

Located In DFW

We are looking for businesses solely in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.

Founder/Family Run

We prefer a founder or family-owned business that has a good reason for selling. The owner’s willingness to stick around and properly transition the business is extremely important to us.

Company

Strong Financials

We are looking for businesses making at minimum $500k in EBITDA/SDE at 20% margins

Opportunities for Growth

Our intention is to grow the company we purchase, so we would ideally identify one with several opportunities for improvement.

Track Record of Success

We prefer businesses that have been operating at a high level for at least 10 years with diverse customer bases and solid teams in place.
